We require 50% Deposit upfront, before we start work on your project and the 50% Balance after the design is completed.

We’re flexible, so payments can be made incrementally i.e. fixed amounts broken down and paid over an agreed number of months.

We’d love to give discounts, but you see….we gotta pay our talents for the awesome work they do. That said, on very unique occasions or service swap, we do consider discounts! 😀

You get 3, however we do not present your 3 logo options at once, instead, you get your first logo option after 7 business days, if you don’t like it – that’s absolutely fine given you still have 2 options left. Best part is we always get it right before a 3rd option is needed . That said, presenting options in individual stages helps us refine & communicate better till we arrive at what works.

You get the first draft of your logo 7 business days after payment and the first draft of your site 14 business days or less after payment.

Certainly! We never give out client information and we can sign an Non-Disclosure Agreement form if you wish.
